Charles M. Kelly, CFA, has been in the investment management business since 1978. He earned and received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) in 1986. In 1988, he founded Compass Capital Management, Inc. Prior to co- founding Compass, he was a Senior Institutional Portfolio Manager and Vice-President at a larger regional national bank in Minneapolis, MN.

Mr. Kelly graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College (1975) with a B.A. in Business and Economics. He is a former member of the Charles Schwab & Co. Institutional Advisory Board, a current member of the Twin Cities Society of Security Analyst and servers as an elected member of the Orono City Council.
